Hyderabad Festival

To express the best moments of one’s life, well one needs to explore for words.

JHOOM BARABAR JHOOM was something Shankar Mahadevan started appealing straight away to the Hyderabadshah's, who turned out in gr8 numbers for the Times Hyderabad festival. Nextly narrated his feelings in the form of DIL Chahta hai title, followed by other rockers like DOOB JA MERE PYAR MEIN(Move ur body), KAL HO NA HO(title), SAPNON SE BHARE NAINA, DESI GIRL, MAIN HOON DON, and lastly the tunes of ROCK ON!!! Overall a memorable night @ people’s plaza. But it wasn’t the end of the festival. The festival was indeed for a good cause and all reasons being encouraging the people of the city and aswell the state to caste their valuable vote and tranform the hopes of a better mankind into reality.

This imperative movement of encouraging the states men to mark the ballot started next day morning. It was a good feeling to be a part of such an event. It was around 7AM and all Hyderabadis dressed in white with a quote – LET’s VOTE gathered at People’ plaza. Me and Nattu unexpectedly got to meet the Badminton champion Pullela Gopi Chand while on our way back home after the event, who too participated in this affair. After greeting him, asked him about his academy and cheerfully told him that we go pass his academy every day while on our to office. When asked him that does he vote every time, he honestly reponded that he does it without a miss. He was the second celebrity that I have ever met after Rajat Kapoor. We are grateful to a noble guy called Sunil, who was a stranger to us before this event, helped us in capturing those priceless shots from his Cam(displayed below) and preserving those instants in the form of snaps for ever.
