Rabba tenu DIL da Vaasta.....

Woah!!! I’m spell bound. I have lost my mind on a particular topic, but not sure whether was it a worth killing 2long hours of philosophical time about the different ways to implore to God asking for everything you deserve. Imagine: You’ve been praying and fasting, seeking God but nothing dramatic has been happening. This at times is taking your spirit low! This is making you wonder if God is even listening. This might depress you. But let me share a small story:

Have you ever studied the process of Incubation of an egg? Outwardly there is nothing happening, its size & shape remains the same from its formation, not even a millimeter grows on the shell. But from within that egg the process has already begun. Inside the egg grows beaks, wings for the bird to fly out, legs that they will eventually use to walk, eyes to see bla, bla bla. Can the human eyes see it- No! But that does not mean it is not happening. It develops slowly without outward or perceptible signs. & then once the process is fully complete it comes out. So it is with you and the Lord shall fulfill it in His time and will be lifted up through you! Let no devil bring defeat and drop doubts into your spirit. Arise now from your hurt and pain, go back on your knees, under the shadow of the wings of your Creator and He will honor you in due time. God has planted seeds of destiny within you which will grow as you remain under the wings of the Almighty. Don’t quit! Arise now you mighty warrior, for the Lord has given you the kings and the city and the people of the city into your hands!!!

Ram hi to karuna mein hai, shaanti mein ram hai. ram hi hai ekta main, pragati mein ram hai. ram bas bhakton nahin shatru ke beech chintan hai dekh taj ke paap ravan ram tere man mein hai ram to ghar ghar mein hai, ram har aangan mein hai mann se ravan jo nikale ram uske mann mein hai

Moral: From the above lines the only thing I wanted to convey is that we should never let devil drop doubts into our spirits.

Well, all these vigorous thoughts flashed when I was hearing to one of the AWESOMEest song of the recent times. The song: “Aaj din Chadheya” from the movie :Love Aaj Kal. This song is recited by Rahat Fateh Ali Khan(who was fantabulous even in another romantic song “Teri Ore” from Singh is Kinng). In this song the man pray for the love he deserves.

This number from Love Aaj Kal has gone longing since the time I heard it for the first time completely. Its almost a month now that Love Aaj Kal music has been launched and I downloaded all the songs of the album on the same day. But listened to this song yesterday and trust me,I liked this to such an extent that, I listened to this very song throughout my journey of 3hrs on my iPOD and again the whole night 30 odd times :p

It was indeed tough for me to decide which stanza in this song was better.

The 1^st verse which says:

Aas vo pyaas vo, usko de itna bata vo jo mujhe dekh ke hasse paana chahoon raat din jise rabba mere naam kar usse tenu dil da vaasta

or the 2^nd verse:

Manga jo mera hai, jaata kya tera hai maine kaun si tujhse jannat mangli kaisa khuda hai tu, bas naam ka hai tu rabba jo teri itni si bhi na chali

Now I am dying to watch Love aaj kal. I have loved almost every song of the movie and we have even cherry on the cake….i.e., Gorgeous Deepika Padukone and Nawab - Saif Ali Khan (Whom I rate above all Khans of B-town when it comes to comic timing)

Please do listen to this song @ least for once and I bet! you too would fall in love with this song.

Just for you all: God wants you to know that your prayer is been heard and that even though you don’t see anything on the outside, things are happening within your spirit.
